When it works its great...

Kind of annoyed! Love 9news, not the app. I have tried for many months now with the new platform to use my mobile device to stream the live newscasts in my quiet house at 5:30am every morning. About 9/10 times I get streaming video that glitches almost every time with about 3 seconds of sound and then 10 seconds of silence on repeat... With a frozen picture most of the time. So I get bits and pieces and never the whole forecast or blizzard report or traffic update. I have tested on multiple devices iPhone 5-6S and Ipad2 - Mini. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting my app... Tried it on many different networks including cellular. Sometimes but almost never fixes it or changes and then Ive wasted most of my morning...For multiple months. For a billion dollar media company, this is unacceptable IMHO. I hope my feedback helps.
