Too many ads in the sad part is that some of them are ads for Viagra using deception to get you to open the link

Dont bother with this app if you actually want to read the news, much less any local news. Articles about the Broncos seem to always be the only "news" available and the "local" news is anything but local.

Awful. Nine out of 10 times you watch the commercial, at very loud volume, and then the app freezes before you watch any news. Plus, the fact that they had a pre-written review in this very box is indicative. Such a poor app.

Just when you thought this app could not possibly get any worse, it did. While reading a news article, this app started to play an audio commercial from Verizon out of nowhere. Even though I had the phone on mute. I love 9News on TV, but this app has been the weakest link of the "9News Everywhere" since its inception. I will get my mobile news from elsewhere. Those 5 star reviews could be from the vendor that created this stupid app.

This is the worse news app Ive used. Painfully slow to open app. I like 9news, but their app and website ads are extremely annoying and drive viewers away.

Slow, clumsy navigation, and necessity of plowing through pages of old news with little regard for anything except increased exposure to the constant stream of advertisements. Also noticing an increase in the number of news videos that simply lock up and do not do not stream following the 30 second ads. The other issue for me is the ongoing use of the same faint grey type font in your news stories. Not blind yet, but I feel like Im getting there.

Its a very good app.

Same news articles in national and local news. 15 second ads for every video, even if the video is less than 15 seconds. Very odd organization of content. Each update doesnt improve the usability of the app. Time to throw in the towel and create a new app from the ground up.

The app is pretty good most of the time. I like that the push notifications are important ones and not constant. A little slow to spoil up sometimes but its most likely the bad cell service in Colorado.

The 9news app and mobile website have become so annoying with a constant barrage of pop-up ads, many of which are video and annoyingly loud when you are trying to read an article in a quiet area like the office. I would pay to have 9news content without ads, but if they cant figure out how to let users control it, Im going to give them up altogether.

The live news feed stops every 30 seconds or so and you need to push play again to restart it

For several days now I havent had the app functioning at all! It opens but just has outlines of boxes. No content. Nothing! Frustrating! May delete and reload to see if it fixes the problem.

Nice to check on home town news, but have trouble with the " live news stopping"

Horrible app, very slow to load.

The app takes forever to open and then it freezes all the time. Dont upgrade if you have an older version!!

Typos, same stories repeated 2-3 times and outdated news is what you should expect. Its like somebodys 9 year old kid is in charge of the 9 news app!

For finding news articles or weather the app is fine but the streaming, which is the main reason we use the app is not good. It cuts out 5 minutes before the end of the 10:00pm news. You always have to watch an add when bring it up even if the news is already in progress. The commercial time stories are very repetitive.

I am tired of waiting for the app to load....it is waited down with too much add..banner and the videos load too slow. I find I no longer go to this app for news or weather. The current split screen for weather is not as good as the previous app. This starts out with a radar view of the state plus surrounding states. It takes too long, to constantly get it to the metro area. I would rather see a close up of the Denver metro area then expand as needed.

This app takes a long time to load when accessing and seems to wait until news has aired before updating making it a poor source for current info.
